This is a client's baby blue throated macaw, currently unnamed. I've been calling her "Tuuli" and Dave calls her "Smurf". Our client is waiting to meet her before she gives her a name... since her last macaw she named "Chex" before knowing its sex or anything about it. Remember what I say about naming your bird? Anyway, we picked the baby girl up in Naples, Florida from the same breeder Jinx came from and drove her all the way to Moab, Utah to meet her real owners! They are originally from Virginia but road trips can do everyone some good, right? Since we planned the trip anyway for our own parrots (Sedona, AZ and Page, AZ just didn't match up to Moab, UT... but you can see our freeflight photos from all those places on Flickr) we decided to invite other people out to join us as well for the weekend! Should be a great weekend filled with fun-having parrots!
